Mr Jason O’Brien is the Managing Director of Water View International Consulting. Jason’s experience includes 23 years as a paramedic specialising in remote area and aero medical pre-hospital trauma life support.

He has spent the last 23 years working in the mining and construction industry dealing with Health and Safety, Environmental, Training and Quality Management he has also dealt with traumatic injuries due to the lack of managed and sustainable processes, as well as developing strategies to return people to work from these injuries. He has also supervised many different types of preventative programs to reduce the severity of these types of injuries.

His functional approach and experience assists in the systematic analysis of Risk and Business activities. It is this approach that drives the company to provide exemplary services in the Health, Safety, Environmental Quality & Training area.

Jason also has a wealth of knowledge in the area of Fitness for Work, and has guided many companies in the development and implementation of these processes which mitigate the results of injuries caused by poor decision making. He also believes and promotes strategies to have candidate’s self-help in areas of wellbeing.
